At least for awhile. BRTD is awesome and we have many awesome people here. I've had a blast but I'm going to have to leave the outfit for awhile. I might be back another time, come pleading to Sharpe to let me back in. The reason I'm leaving is because I have been playing with some other guys lately and both them and BRTD frown on playing with other outfits.
I feel that BRTD has gone a bit too casual for me over the last 6-8 months (which may be obvious seeing how little I've played lately). I'm not looking for mil sim stuff (no, not joining friggin' INI), but I prefer a bit more organization, a bit less chatter. We all know BRTD is perfectly capable of all this, but as of late this hasn't quite been to my liking. It's just a personal opinion, nothing against BRTD and certainly nothing against the leadership.
And as I said, I might come begging to be let back in at some point later. And assuming it's ok I'll still hop on mumble on occasion and play with people. I have, after all, made quite a few friends here over the last 14 months or however long I've been in the outfit.
It's not so much a 'good bye' as it's a 'see ya later'.
Also, Sharpe, if you read this I've sent you a PM (nothing dramatic, promise). And I'll miss you DNA and Igor and Aphotix and the rest of you. But I think I'll miss you most of all, Postal. Hugs and kisses for everyone.
