Hello, guys just wanted to let you know that I will be out of town for a week with my gf so I won't be on PS2 .

Sry, we cannot allow recruits to go on unauthorized leave. Ask your local officer for written permission in five fold. Use form B5A0 for that. He will pass it on in the chain of command and should come back to you within 2 weeks.
