A weeks timeout

I will be in my cabin for a weeks time resting and relaxing, since I finally got vacation from work. Back in a week.

I will be with my family and reading up on different stories I have neglected for a long while.

Less then one hour after I departed from work last Friday, I were already at Mikkeller getting their Mystery Stout. No idea what was in it, but I tasted a lot of coffee and a hint of either sherry or cognac.

Shit yeah! Mikkeller beers are awesome, love his Spontan series; my bud brought back a Mikkeller/3 Floyds Blå Spøgelse from Mikkeller & Friends...That was a lovely bottle.

Get some of his stuff to your cabin with you and enjoy yo' self!

EDIT: Blå Spøgelse means Blue Ghost according to google...Now the bottle label makes sense .

Gotten Milk Stout and tge Brunch beers for my parents this Friday, since the Nordic Beer Exchange is in the same street as Mikkeller. I gave my father Mikkellers beer-book for Fathersday and he did get some ideas and he loves a good story so thats great. Just looked through it and the recipes looks rather intressing, I must say. My parents made wine some 35 years ago so it would be speciel for them to make beer.

Came up to the cabin some 10 hours ago and somewhat drunk after 3 beers, 4 snaps and 8-9 glasses of wine so far..

I'll sleep well tonight...
